AIG FORMS VENTURE WITH FORMER DREXEL EMPLOYEES
American International Group has enterered into a joint venture with three former Drexel Burnham employees "to engage in certain trading and marketmaking activities in foreign exchange, foreign exchange options, oil and oil-related commodities, and gold and other precious metals," according to a company press release.
The new company will be formed as the result of an agreement between New York City-based AIG and Gary Davis, Barry Klein and Robert Rubin, all formerly employed by Drexel Burnham Lambert Trading Corp
