ADVANCED LIGHTING REARRANGING FINANCING.

Advanced Lighting Technologies Inc. expects to secure a new credit agreement soon that will enable it to avoid a $750,000 fee that bank lenders could impose on the company this summer.

The Solon lighting products company said in a filing last month with the Securities and Exchange Commission that its $55 million revolving credit agreement with National City Bank and three other banks was amended to "reflect the company's current financial condition."
