Hernon Manufacturing of Sanford, Fla., announces that it has formed a joint venture with Inchem Holdings, based in Singapore with production facilities in Malaysia, Vietnam, and China. Called Hernon Asia, the new company will serve 16 Pacific Rim nations with adhesives, sealants, and precision dispensing solutions.

Sealaska Corp. (Juneau, Alaska) and Nypro, Inc. (Clinton, Mass.) have announced a joint venture for TriQuest S.A. de C.V.'s plastics injection molding operation in Guadalajara, Mexico, previously 100% owned by Sealaska. Sealaska will continue to own and contr
