A localization revolution must not only support local political and economic units over global ones, but must also replace global technocracies and technologies with ones that truly allow for local control. A localization infrastructure consists of a means of production and social governance that are responsive to local communities and for which they can take real responsibility. Defining and promoting such a localization infrastructure must be a principal task of all who hope to halt the globalization juggernaut.
