Vitrix, Incorporated(R), the sole operating entity of FBR Capital Corporation (OTC BB:FBRR), today announced a partnership with PayMaxx, Incorporated (R), a privately-held, national payroll processing company headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee.

With the partnership now firmly in place, both companies will: recommend the other's products and services to new and existing customers, hyperlink to the other's Web site, advertise in the other's newsletters, and continue to work closely together on future product releases.
