To facilitate this continued growth, Kerry D. Gilger, the company's Chairman and CEO, has appointed Paul Collins as the company's President and COO effective January 1, 2001. Mr. Gilger, who had been serving as president, will continue working on the company's long-term strategies and special projects. Mr. Collins was previously Identitech's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he led critical events in the company's evolution both internally and externally. With his leadership, Identitech increased its revenues at a dramatic rate while fostering strategic new partnerships. Prior to joining Identitech, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing for IMNET Systems, Inc., a publicly-traded software company specializing in the healthcare industry. During his three and a half years there, IMNET increased annual revenues from $5 million to $56 million. Prior to IMNET, Mr. Collins spent 14 years with Lanier Worldwide, Inc., an Atlanta, GA-based company, and completed his successful tenure there as Director of Marketing.
