New Convergys Settlement Suite Automates Commerce, Content Settlement, and Partner Relationships for Convergent Service Providers.

Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG), the global leader in integrated billing and customer care services, today announced the availability of the Convergys Settlement Suite. Convergent service providers can use the Settlement Suite to process complex commerce and content settlement transactions, manage partner settlement relationships, and deploy revenue safeguards.

The Settlement Suite pre-integrates Convergys' sophisticated billing, complex rating, mediation, and settlement capabilities in a comprehensive, highly flexible, and scalable application suite. The suite is designed to manage commerce, content, global roaming, and interconnect partnerships efficiently.

Established and emerging operators can apply Convergys' Settlement Suite to perform complex multiparty wholesale rating, billing, and invoicing based on actionable partner agreements maintained by the rating platform. The suite also collects, translates, correlates, and verifies commerce or content usage, coordinates and distributes usage between partners and the network and rating platform, and communicates revenue information to partner platforms, including end-to-end revenue assurance.

Pre-integrated for rapid and cost-effective deployment, the Settlement Suite can operate as a stand-alone solution or it can be integrated with Convergys products, third-party systems, or legacy billing platforms through standard application programming interfaces (API). The Settlement Suite supports both pre- and post-paid advanced wireless, wireline, IP, and cable and broadband services.
