Plan-as-you-go Business Planning

It's not just the plan, it's the planning that starts with the plan. I'm calling this "plan-as-you-go" business planning, which is the subject of my next book. It's also a good answer to questions about whether you need the formal business plan or not.

Not everybody needs a "formal business plan," but every business is better off for doing the planning.
