BluWater Consulting Appoints Kelly Bell as Business Development Manager.

KIRKLAND, Wash. -- BluWater Consulting, a leading IT consulting and staffing firm, today announced that Kelly Bell has been named business development manager. Bell comes to BluWater from Towson, Md.-based Ajilon Consulting where she served as an account manager. She has more than 10 years of experience

Bell has proven experience working closely with c-level and senior-level executives, as well as IT directors and managers, to help develop technology and IT staffing solutions to meet their strategic business needs. Prior to Ajilon Consulting, Bell was a senior account executive with CIBER Inc., a leading international system integration consultancy, where she was responsible for new business development and account management. At CIBER, she was instrumental in reviving a struggling Seattle branch, growing the business from 35 consultants to more than 120. She consistently surpassed sales goals, including increasing personal sales revenues from $2.5 million in 2001 to $14.5 million in 2003.
