New Indianapolis University Chancellor Brings 'Fresh Perspective'.

Jul. 2--Charles R. Bantz is the first "outsider" ever chosen to lead IUPUI.

And the new chancellor from Wayne State University in Detroit has a liberal arts background, unlike his three predecessors, who came from IUPUI's schools of law, medicine and dentistry.
