Tyler, Texas, Engineering Firm Forms Partnership with Koch Chemical Technology.

Feb. 29--A Tyler company has set its sights on performing engineering work for improvements to small- to medium-sized petroleum and petrochemical processing industries, in a joint venture it inked with Koch Chemical Technology Group.

Ryno Engineering and KCTG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wichita, Kan.-based Koch Industries Inc., completed the joint venture transaction Feb. 18 to form Koch Partners LP, with offices in One American Center.
