Finalist for University of Texas-Arlington Presidency Aims to Boost Research.

Oct. 22--ARLINGTON, Texas--Bob Smith said Tuesday that if he is chosen to lead the University of Texas at Arlington, he would improve academics and research by hiring more tenured and tenure-track faculty.
