RR Donnelley Announces Scholarship Recipients.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2004

RR Donnelley (NYSE:RRD) has announced that 16 high school seniors from across the nation have been named RR Donnelley scholars. The students were selected by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation to receive

scholarships given by RR Donnelley to children of its employees and retirees. The renewable four-year scholarships range from $2,000 to $4,000, depending on each student's financial need. More than 140 students applied for the scholarships. Three of the 16 RR Donnelley scholars also were named National Merit Scholars. Listed below are the scholars, their high school and the name of the parent who works at RR Donnelley.
