LEHI, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 23, 1995--Environmental Technologies Group International, Wednesday announced that it has changed its name to Covol Technologies Inc. (new trading symbol CVOL) and has changed its state of incorporation to Delaware.

As part of the company's ongoing recapitalization

efforts and in order to resolve an inadvertent conflict between the company's name and that of another existing public corporation, the company has chosen to change its name and reincorporate in Delaware.

Kirby Cochran, executive vice-president of the company stated, "We believe that the reincorporation of the company in Delaware is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. The well-established body of corporate law in Delaware and its relative familiarity to traders in publicly held companies should provide a level of comfort to the company, its shareholders and potential investors. The name change will help eliminate any possible confusion in the marketplace between the company and another public company with a similar name."
