MTI Group changes name to NetforceMTI; New name provides unique national identity.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 1995--MTI Group, a Minneapolis-based professional network services firm, today announced that it has changed its name to NetforceMTI. The change was made necessary by the company's growing business activities and associated registrations across the United States.

"Our

new name will provide us with a unique identity as NetforceMTI continues to grow and provide professional wide area network services to our clients throughout the United States and internationally," said Mark Johnson, NetforceMTI chief executive officer.

The name change does not alter the company's business focus, customer service, ownership or management.

NetforceMTI, founded in Minneapolis in 1990, is a professional network services firm with 1994 revenues of $12.5 million and regional offices in Chicago, Cleveland, Washington and Des Moines, Iowa. The firm's methodology and field experience make it one of the nation's premier enterprise networking services organizations that designs, implements and manages technologies such as frame relay, ISDN and ATM for clients' data networks. The company serves more than 350 clients across the United States.
