Cash Can Incorporated signs Area Development Agreement.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 1995--Eddie E. Moore, president and chief executive officer of Cash Can Incorporated (NASDAQ BB: CSHC) announced today the signing of an Area Development Agreement with Advanced Recycling Incorporated based in Atlanta, Ga.

exploring the promotional opportunities surrounding the 100th anniversary of the Olympics to be hosted in the summer of 1996," said Moore. "We believe this is one of the more viable markets for our Cash Can program due to the area's strong public support of recycling."

Sites for the first units already have been secured with Michael Lovingood Properties, The Right Stuff Food Stores Inc., and A & P Food Stores. First Union Bank has agreed to provide financing for up to 50 units placed in the southeast.

Company officials also are renegotiating an Area Distributor Agreement for a Buenos Aires, Argentina investor group. The agreement encompasses several South American countries and provides for an assembly plant in Argentina. Negotiations for advertisers are concurrently underway with South American bottlers.

Cash Can Incorporated is a San Antonio, Texas manufacturer and marketer of recycling machines and reverse vending equipment.
