Richard M. Freeman Joins FormFactor, Inc. as Senior Vice President Operations.

LIVERMORE, Calif. -- FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq:FORM) today announced the appointment of Richard M. Freeman as senior vice president Operations. Richard brings to FormFactor over 30 years of world-class process engineering and manufacturing experience. Prior to joining FormFactor, Richard was Chief

Operating Officer at ChipPAC, Inc., senior vice president of World Wide Manufacturing at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, and vice president of World Wide Wafer Fab Operations at National Semiconductor Corporation.
