Fortitech Ac...uires Fontana, Calif., Nutritional Premix Plant.

Jul. 15--FONTANA, Calif.--The purchase of Ashland Distribution's nutritional premix manufacturing business in Fontana by Fortitech Inc., could mean good news for workers at the facility -- no layoffs, and maybe a few new positions.

When the sale is completed -- the closing is expected to occur in September -- Ashland will exit the premix manufacturing field and concentrate on marketing.
