THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA'S LARGE pool of highly trained scientific and research personnel and a university's expanding life sciences complex convinced Sirna Therapeutics Inc. to locate its corporate headquarters to San Francisco.
The company, which relocated from Boulder, Colo., has moved into a facility in the Mission Bay area of the city, near the University of California San Francisco's (UCSF) 43-acre life sciences campus.
