Dewey, Okla., Cooling Plant's Closure to Idle 118 Workers.

Oct. 14--DEWEY, Okla.--Components Manufacturing Co. says it will close its plant here in December, putting 118 people out of work.

The facility, which produces parts for use in cooling units, has operated for four years in Washington County Industrial Park and at one point employed 242 people.

Company officials met Friday with Dewey community leaders to let them know the plant will be closing Dec. 14.
