Learn2.com (Nasdaq: LTWO), a leading learning service provider announced today that it has signed a multi-year agreement with ClineTech, Ltd., an established Korean e-learning business, to market Learn2.com's

ClineTech, Ltd. will be the primary distributor for Learn2.com throughout the Republic of Korea. ClineTech, Ltd. has also licensed Learn2.com's patented streaming technology, StreamMaker(TM), to Web-enable their existing content. ClineTech, Ltd. also has the right to convert Learn2.com content into the Korean language.
