STB Systems, Inc. announces the election of three new board members.
RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 1995--STB Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:STBI) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, William E. Ogle announced today that the Board of Directors of STB Systems, Inc. has elected three new directors of the company, J. Shane Long, Lawrence E. Wesneski and James J.
Long is the vice president of sales and marketing with the company. Wesneski currently serves as president and managing director of Breedlove Wesneski & Co., a private merchant banking firm. Bryne is president of Harris Adacom Corporation which is engaged in network systems and services. The company's management is very pleased with the addition of these new directors to the Board.
STB Systems, Inc. develops, manufactures and sells graphics adapters used in personal computers. Graphics adapters are computer subsystems that process and enhance graphics display in personal computers.
