Herskowitz is a managing member of ReGen Partners LLC, a New York investment fund, as well as president of its affiliate, Riverside Claims LLC. He serves as a member of the board of directors for Manhattan Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Chelsea Therapeutics Inc., both publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical development companies. He also serves on the board of directors of Starting Point Services for Children, a not-for-profit corporation. Herskowitz holds a B.B.A. in finance from Bernard M. Baruch College.

INNOVIVE also announced the registration of its common stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As a result, INNOVIVE will file current, quarterly, and annual reports with the SEC as a publicly reporting company.
