RESIN PRODUCER CCP SIGNS A NEW CFO.

August 6, 2002 - Charles E. Bennett, Chief Executive Officer of Cook Composites and Polymers, has announced the appointment of Bruno Henri as Chief Financial Officer for CCP of Kansas City, Missouri.

In this capacity, Mr. Henri will be responsible for the company's finance, accounting, and information systems.
