Brendan Cummins named CEO of Ciba Specialty Chemicals.(inkies)

The board of directors of Ciba Specialty Chemicals has dissolved the double mandate as of Jan. 1, allowing Armin Meyer to focus on his role as chairman of the board, and Brendan Cummins to become CEO.
