John Briant has been appointed vice president of materials, quality, and process management at EFTC Corp., an electronics manufacturing services provider. Briant joined EFTC in 1998 as director of process and quality management. He was previously a member of the corporate commodity team for AlliedSignal, where he developed and managed the corporate supply base for electronic manufacturing services and printed wiring boards. Briant holds a bachelors' degree in industrial engineering and management systems from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
