Mr. Fahlbeck was most recently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and a Director of Textron Financial Corporation (TFC), Textron's commercial finance division. He joined TFC in 1982 as Vice President, Finance and Administration, was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1985, and was named an Executive Vice President in 1994. Mr. Fahlbeck was elected to the Board of Directors of TFC earlier this year.

Fahlbeck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and also completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan in 1994.
