Terry Bagwell, 54, to president and chief operating officer of Medical Molding Corporation of America, the wholly owned respiratory

RMPD was the recipient of the CIMCO President's Award for the last two years for showing the greatest improvement in manufacturing efficiencies and operating profit.
Terry joined the company in March 1967 and has held numerous managerial positions. In 1983, he was promoted to his last position vice president of the division. Within the last 10 years, he has developed and assigned to the company four patents for respiratory medical products.
As Terry assumes this position, Russell T. Gilbert will fill the newly created position of chairman and chief executive officer of Medical Molding Corporation of America.
