President of Plasti-Line Inc. resigns.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 1995--Richard A. Banfield has resigned his position as President Chief Operating Officer and Director of Plasti-Line, Inc. effective April 7, 1995.

Banfield will be assuming the position of Executive Vice President for Atoma International, an operating

group of Magna International located in Detroit, Mich.

James R. Martin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer will also assume the responsibilities as President.

Plasti-Line, Inc. produces indoor and outdoor sign products and point of purchase marketing products for corporate identification programs.
