Environmental Technologies Group International appoints two to new positions.

LEHI, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 1995--Environmental Technologies Group International (OTC BB:ETGP) Wednesday announced it has appointed Michael Q. Midgley as its chief financial officer and Steven Brown as its vice president of Construction Services.

Midgley will be responsible for

directing the financial affairs of the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining the company, Midgley was the chief financial officer for Human Affairs International Inc., a subsidiary of Aetna Insurance Co. Midgley is a C.P.A. and has had a private C.P.A. practice since 1976.

Brown will be responsible for coordinating all construction services for the company. Before coming to work for ETC, Brown worked for Clement & Starnes Co. While there, Brown was the project manager and project engineer on the Little Dell Dam, a $65 million contract. Brown holds an M.B.A. in finance, a B.S. in civil engineering and is a licensed professional engineer.
