Wilson, 40, most recently served as executive vice president of consumer and customer engagement at Kellogg, where he oversaw all consumer marketing and sales activities in the United States. A rapidly rising star, Wilson was promoted six times during his 13 years with Kellogg, holding pivotal management and sales and marketing positions in Battle Creek, Mich., Denmark, and Britain. Wilson also worked with H.J. Heinz in Britain for six years.
Among his many achievements at Kellogg was the introduction of Kellogg's Nutri-Grain cereal bars and Kellogg's Rice Krispies Treats bars -- two of the most successful food product launches of the decade.
