Two New O'Charley's Vice Presidents

O'Charley's Restaurants promoted Guy Stanke to vice president of operations. He replaces Frank Biller, who left the company to pursue other opportunities.

In his new position, Stanke will oversee the day-to-day operations for all 240 O'Charley's restaurants as well as play a

critical role in the concept’s ongoing transformation strategy. Stanke joined the company in 1988 as general manager of its Franklin, Tenn., location, moving to area supervisor and regional director before being promoted to regional vice president in 2001.

He has overseen restaurants in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, West Virginia and Tennessee. Prior to joining the company, Stanke worked for Ruby Tuesday.

In other news, O'Charley's announced J. Harold Allen joined the company as vice president of design and construction. In his new position, Allen will oversee all of the company's design and construction activities for new company-operated restaurants as well as franchised units.
