Baja Fresh Hires New VP Franchise Development
Baja Fresh hired Craig Hopkins as vice president of franchise development and real estate. Hopkins will be responsible for attracting franchise owners and leading growth efforts for Baja Fresh and the company’s La Salsa’s Fresh Mexican Grill concept.
