Mats Qviberg Proposed as New Chairman for Wihlborgs.

Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB will hold an extraordinary general meeting on the 14th. June, 2001.

At the meeting, re-election will be proposed for the following members of the board of directors: Gote Dahlin,

Mats Qviberg will be proposed as chairman for the new board of directors.

Mats Qviberg is Managing Director in Investment AB Oresund and Jonas Wahlstrom is Managing Director in TMT One AB. Qviberg and Wahlstrom together represent over 10% of the share capital in Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB, through both private holdings and through company holdings.
