Jostens today announced that it has promoted Marie Gant and Dick Lewis to vice presidents in Information Systems and North American sales for Jostens Photo and Canadian School Solutions, respectively.

Lewis joined Jostens in August 2001 as director of sales for Jostens' Recognition business. Prior to Jostens, he was the senior vice president of distribution and marketing for Fortis Financial Group. Over the past 30 years, Lewis has held a number of positions in sales and marketing with increasing responsibility at IDS Financial Services, Pillsbury, and The Gillette Company.
Lewis holds an MBA from the Wharton Graduate Division of the University of Pennsylvania as well as a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Lewis is married with three children. He is a director and current treasurer of the Orono Board of Education.
Marie Gant has been promoted to vice president - Information Systems.
As vice president, she will continue to lead the Company's application development and systems simplification efforts, which includes the development and support of all business applications and Jostens corporate-wide systems project. She reports to Andrew Black, CIO.

Gant joined Jostens in January 1999. She began her career at Jostens as a consultant. Most recently, she served as senior group director - Information Systems. Prior to joining Jostens, she worked as a systems consultant from 1993-99, for clients that included, Bausch & Lomb, Georgia Pacific and Xerox.
Gant received her information systems training at Indiana University and the University of Rochester, Rochester, N.Y.
