Organizational Changes Include Two Key Promotions

Precyse Solutions today announced the appointment of three new people to its management staff in addition to two recent promotions.

Solutions has hired Andy Weiss M.D., vice president of Coding and Oncology Data Management Services, Dale Kivi corporate director of Marketing, and Maureen Kehan, Northeast director of Human Resources. In addition, Beth Kost has been promoted to the newly created position of corporate vice president, Professional Services, and Bonnie Purdy has been named a regional vice president of Sales for the Northeast Region.

Dr. Weiss was formerly a consultant to the company, and brings to the position 10 years of health care business experience in disease management and managed care. Weiss will be responsible for directing operations for the company's Coding and Oncology Data Management Divisions.

As corporate director of marketing, Kivi has more than 20 years of business-to-business marketing experience, including early-stage launch support for WebMD (NASDAQ: HLTH). Prior to joining Precyse, Kivi was director of marketing for Georgia-based SpeechMachines, a medical transcription application service provider. Kivi will be responsible for corporate branding, public relations, advertising, tradeshows and marketing tools development. He will be based in the company's Southeast Region office in Roswell, GA.

Maureen Kehan will be the Company's Northeast director of Human Resources. Kehan has been in the healthcare industry for 12 years. Prior to Precyse she was director of Human Resources of Illinois-based CorSolutions, a leader in the disease management field.

As Precyse's regional vice president and general manager, HIM Services, Kost will also serve as the company's privacy officer and compliance officer. With her promotion, Kost's new responsibilities include representing the company with national trade organizations, establishing Precyse's Quality Advisory Board, and building an outside HIM Advisory Group.

In addition, Beth will continue to manage the company's HIM Consulting and outsourcing activities. Previously, Beth served as Precyse's Northeast regional vice president and general manager.

Purdy has been named a regional vice president of Sales for the Northeast region. In her new role, Purdy will extend improved coverage for Precyse Solutions' existing and prospective clients. An experienced HIM professional, Purdy has served Precyse in numerous executive functions, including management of HIM Services and Coding Services.
