Most recently, Combs served as the President of Northwest Asset Management Co., Inc., a company he co-founded in 1983 and which grew to become the largest independent third party management company in Northern California. There, Combs was responsible for all aspects of corporate administration, including oversight of accounting, client reporting, development of the corporate Human Resources policies, corporate identity and sales.
