MARKHAM, Ontario -- Cygnal Technologies Corporation (TSX:CYN), a Canadian leading provider of network communication solutions, announced today the appointment of John Milne CA, to Vice President of Cygnal Technologies Corporation and General Manager of White Radio LP effective immediately.

Mr. Milne joined Cygnal Technologies in 1998 as a result of the acquisition of White Radio, and has held various management positions including Director of Operations and most recently as Chief Financial Officer of White Radio LP. Mr. Milne holds a BBA from the Wilfred Laurier University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
