LUXEMBOURG -- MACH, one of the leading providers of inter-operator solutions to the telecommunications and data industry worldwide, announced today that it is has named Martin Lippert as its new Chief Executive Officer effective 1 June, 2006. Martin Lippert is currently CEO of End2End, an independently operating entity within the MACH Group. He will succeed Lars Torpe Christoffersen, who remains Chairman of the Board supporting MACH's further development through M&A activities as well

As CEO, Martin Lippert will assume overall responsibility for strategic direction and management and for the entire operations of the MACH Group and its more than 450 employees in 10 countries. He will report to the Board of Directors.

Martin Lippert, 39, joined End2End in February as its CEO. Previously, he held a number of senior executive positions at TDC. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President responsible for leading the Solutions business in Scandinavia involving 3,000+ employees and revenues of approximately EUR 1.5 billion. He has a Ph.D. and a Master of Economics degree from Aarhus University.
