Jun. 23--FORT WAYNE, Ind.--ROTARY CLUB OF FORT WAYNE has named Mark T. Carboni of Tri State Maintenance Inc. as public relations spokesman and chair for the 100-year celebration of Rotary Club of Fort Wayne. Carboni has been serving as public relations chair for the Downtown Rotary Club, and Mary Beth Phelps, community relations and development director of Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana, has been named to replace him in that capacity.
