President, COO to Leave Bell Helicopter.

Dec. 2--The restructuring of senior management at Bell Helicopter continued Monday with the departure of Glenn Hess as president and chief operating officer after less than two years with the company.

Officials confirmed Hess' departure, which was announced in an internal e-mail that said Hess had "elected to leave the company to pursue other business opportunities."

Spokesman Mike Cox said he could not elaborate on the reasons for Hess' departure. He said Bell is
