"WZ-0248" is the designation of a new water-based PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plasticizer designed by Upaco Adhesive Division of Worthen Industries to provide excellent hardness combined with flexibility. The product is also said to blend the UV resistance characteristics of an aliphatic polymer with the durability of an exterior coating resin.
