Sep. 5--QUESTION: I'm hoping you can shed some light on this trend of larger wheel diameters and very short tires. I see the UPS delivery vans sporting tires that must be eight to 10 inches high (ground to rim) and many new cars and trucks with tires that appear to be only one to two inches tall.
