Investment firm buys Dynea
Teachers' Private Capital, a Canadian investment firm, has purchased Dynea North America from Dynea Chemicals Oy of Finland. Dynea North America, maker of specialty resins and paper overlays, is now an independently managed company and will be renamed Arclin.
