LMK Patents Lateral Pipe Identification technology.

The U.S. Patent No. 7,306,011 entitled "Apparatus and Method for Lateral Pipe Identification" has been issued to LMK Enterprises Inc.

This patent describes a method of identifying a lateral pipe by marking a new Lining with identifying indicia. The mark identifies the lateral by marking

the building address on the lining to which the lateral pipe provides service. Additional markings identify the product, such as "T-Liner." Other markings include the name of the installation company, date of manufacture and the manufacturing code. The manufacturing code includes the batch number, detailed information from each component used to manufacture the lining assembly and the resin/catalyst system.

The new lateral identification technology will provide a high quality material control system for cured-in-place (CIPP) lateral lining. The Later Pipe Identification Method will assist owners in the authenticity of post video lining as well as tracking CIPP lateral lining for many years.
