ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Sep 06, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- The German concern BASF informed that it was considering a possibility of construction of a chemical complex in Russia. The concern has an experience of production in our country - a joint venture for production of polyurethane Elastogran (is formed of BASF's branch and OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim") and also a plant, producing paints in the town of Pavlovskiy Posad (Moscow region).
