South Central-KY, TN, MS, AL; S. Atlantic -MD, DE, DC, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL. Midwest: W. North Central-ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO; E. North Central-WI, MI, IL, IN, OH. West: Pacific-CA, WA, OR, HI, AK; Mountain-MT, ID, WY, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM.
