IDB funds for water.

The Inter American Development Bank (IDB) has disbursed RD$46 million in funds for construction of water treatment plants in the Los Jardines and Los Rios areas of Santo Domingo, reports DR1 Daily News (June 26, 2007). Aqueduct & Sewer Corp. (CAASD) head Richard Martinez said the installations

could be completed within the next few months.
