Air Sampler Detects Various Chemical Warfare Agents

To guard against the intrusion and spread of toxic, airborne substances in public facilities, EnviroSecure multi-gas scanner was recently unveiled by Isonics Homeland Security and Defense Corp., based in Columbia, MD.

Ideal for office buildings, airports, transit stations, and other public venues,

the scanner provides early detection of chemical weapons such as sarin or mustard gas.

The scanner forms a complete system that continuously monitors the air to instantly detect and identify harmful substances. Within minutes, the system can warn authorities of a possible chemical attack.
