- You always hear that it is cheaper to develop overseas or you hear that there are a lot of hidden costs and it really isn't. Almost always this is from the perspective of big business. Mr. Kenton's article does a good job of presenting it from the small businessman's perspective. Although I can not say that I see a clear way to move I can say that I understand it more from my own perspective then before. -ed.
